Raw Material :
- All grades of brass and other metals we provide as raw material as per customer’s requirement.
- Inspection of row material chemical properties like copper, zinc, other elements and Physical properties like tensile, hardness etc.
- For unique quality products we use extrusion rods of all type of grades as per customer’s requirement.
Production / Machining:
- Our production undergoes stringent quality control tests. This results our products to be of world class. To meet the global demand of increasingly high standards.
- We are manufacturing components from 2mm diameter to 6 inch diameter by turning, Milling, Stamping, Pressing, Forging, die casting etc processes. For the best quality result we do process component through CNC machine.
- At the time of machining process we thoroughly check dimensional operations by Vernier Caliper, micro meter, thread pitch micro meter, go and not go ring gauges and plug gauges,
- Complete machined components are to be checked by visual inspection for the quality that meets word standards; product reflects our commitment to excellence.
Dimension Inspection Report:
- We do prepare DIMENSION INSPECTION REPORT at the time of dispatch for the satisfaction of our customers.
